Webi've been on lithium for about 6-7 months now, no nosebleeds yet. i'm not at a full therapeutic dose though (running about .5/.6) but I don't know if that's relevant. Have you had recent lab work done to make sure you're not running a high dose? are you staying properly hydrated? Lithium is a very tricky medication.
