WebHouzz can replace the top if they wish to; they do not wish to, obviously. I am extremely disappointed in the attitude of Houzz. It is otherwise a lovely cabinet, but be sure to check everything about the product within a 30-day time period or risk this sort of customer service, or lack thereof! The entire process was very smooth and I'm over the moon excited to see the design come to life. Since finishing the design process with the Yardzen team, I've recommended them to everyone and anyone I in need of some yard beautification.
