The scholarships are awarded to Charlottesville High School seniors who have demonstrated the traits that made Grace so effective: demonstrated leadership skill WebA partial list of these organizations includes, United Way of Greater Charlottesville, Charlottesville Scholarship Program, Community Investment Collaborative, 100 Black Men of Central Virginia, Grace Tinsley Scholarship Program, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, JAUNT Transit and the University and Community Working Group (Co-Chair).
