Take Neomycin (Dicortineff Vet) with plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Do not take Neomycin (Dicortineff Vet) for more than 2 weeks unless advised to do so by your health care provider. WebDicortineff is an eye drop that contains the main ingredients including: Active ingredient Neomycin with a content of 2500IU. Active ingredient Gramicidin with a concentration of 25IU. Active ingredient Fludrocortisone with a strength of 1mg.
