WebVsync on in game uncaps your fps because it is triple buffer vsync by default and not the standard double buffer that nvidia and most games use. Play with Gsync + vsync on from nvidia control panel. In-game turn off vsync. In game also turn on Nvidia Reflex. Reflex + Gsync and vsync is what’s capping your game at 138 fps, it’s intended. This might explain why your FPS dips to 72 in game because you probably have less than 144 fps in game but in the main menu its 144hz.
